We currently have the following opportunity available:
Description SYSTEMS PROJECT LEADER - ORACLE PRODUCTION SUPPORT
* Provide Oracle Production Support and enhancements for Oracle's E-Business Suite HR, Finance, Benefits and Payroll Modules.
* Lead projects and provide technical guidance and assistance to Oracle Developers.
* Provides direction to assigned staff as required. Provides technical guidance, assistance and training to other members of the technical staff. Performs code reviews if appropriate.
* Work on production support issues, small projects and enhancements for Finance, HR, Benefits and Payroll.
* Responsible for providing day to day production support and troubleshooting problems on interfacing protocols/methods including TCP, FTP, SMTP, JDBC, JMS, JCA, SOAP, HTTP and HTTPS.
* Works closely with the Functional Team Lead, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, Developers and other IT departments.
* Develop fixes and enhancements to support the Developer's participation in the Oracle design and documentation of technical specifications.
* Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
* 6 + years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. (11 or 12) with HR, Benefits and Payroll with strong production support experience.
* 3-5 years of prior experience leading technical teams and projects.
* Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt to changing needs of the business.
* Experience with Oracle Workflows, Reporting and Extensions. OAF experience a plus.
* Prior experience with SOA a must. Proven ability to code integrations and debug in SOA.
* Experience with standards for SOX compliance and SDLC methodology.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels within an organization.
* Excellent problem solving, technical and analytical skills.
* Prior experience with Prince2 a plus.
