We currently have the following opportunity available:
Description SR. PROGRAMMER ANALYST - KRONOS
* Interfaces with Business Users, Kronos Vendor and Business Analysts to provide support for Kronos Workforce Management System for corporate office, Distribution Centers and Regional Offices.
* Provide support on system conversions, upgrades and enhancements for Kronos Workforce Management System.
* Responsible for providing day to day production support on configuring pay rules, accrual rules, time cards, schedules, troubleshooting time clocks, performance bottlenecks, connectivity issues etc.
* Support on development and maintenance of Kronos custom reports using Crystal Reports or RDL reporting tools.
* Provide on call support for Kronos applications on a rotating basis.
* Participate in design and documentation of technical specifications and ensure that they comply with the business users' requirements.
* Provide support on development and maintenance of interfaces from Kronos HR and Payroll modules.
* Work with the business users to obtain input and approval on technical design specifications.
* Work to resolve issues and keep users and project manager informed of project status.
* Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
* 5 + years experience of Kronos Workforce Management experience. Must have Kronos 6.0 or 6.1 experience.
* Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt to changing needs of the business.
* Experience with standards for SOX compliance and SDLC methodology.
* Prior experience with Kronos interfacing with Oracle.
* Experience dealing with unions and union rules preferred.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels within an organization.
* Excellent problem solving, technical and analytical skills.
* Prior experience with Prince2 a plus.
